The login itself

Open 66 Lottery, choose Login, enter the number and password, then complete the OTP prompt. On a shared phone, sign out afterwards rather than leaving the session open.

Registering instead

New accounts start from the Register option on the same screen: number, password, OTP. Keep the password somewhere you can find it, because recovery always routes through the registered number.

Two things that go wrong

The first is a number that no longer receives SMS -- recovery cannot complete without it. The second is a lookalike site: check the address carefully, since 66 Lottery copies are common and they exist to capture exactly the details this page is about.
